Welcome!

Founded in 1887, Brighton & Hove is very well established and known for its excellent greens and its superb condition all year round. This links/downland course is open for play even through extreme winters, thanks to the naturally draining chalk soil of the Downs. Even thundersnow only prevailed for barely half a day at the beginning of the year!

You will love the great views from the course and clubhouse: the city of Brighton and Hove, the sea, the South Downs National Park and even the Isle of Wight on a clear day. Whether you come up to enjoy our manicured greens or a drink in a magnificent environment, you’ll find us easily thanks to the map below.

Come along and see for yourself why golfers have been drawn here for 130 years. You are guaranteed a warm welcome.
