Lindsay started as a member of the Club in the late 1990s. She liked it so much she started working here in 2002. Hailing from Pennsylvania in the USA, she has brought to the Club the high standards of customer service that you would expect in America. She loves the club and aims to ensure that members and visitors enjoy being here as much as she does. Lindsay is in charge of all administration and manages the club on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the committee.

Brad Harris: Club Professional

Brad is the Head Professional and started with us on the 1st March 2020. Brad has been a qualified PGA Professional since 2015. He is relishing the role with us at Brighton and Hove and dividing his time between the Pro Shop, Lesson Tee and the Golf course.

Coaching is a real passion for Brad and he enjoys nothing more than seeing a student make improvements to their game. Never wanting to overcomplicate an already very difficult game. Brad will guide you along the way through your journey and not only looking at the golf swing but looking at the whole package to make huge improvements.

Brad loves to compete and has played golf globally in South Africa and across Europe. Competing on the PGA Euro Pro for 2 seasons and playing the PGA South region. With some success, he won the Keith MacDonald PGA South Match Play OOM in 2017 and won the Sussex OOM in the same year. Brad is still looking to compete and looks forward to a full playing schedule this season.

Jason Sarna: Course Manager

Jason is another US import, from rugged Minnesota, and he is our course magician and artist with over 20 years of experience across both the US and the UK.

Jason leads the Greens staff to sustainably maintain and continually improve the golf course to enhance your golfing experience.

Rebecca Dawson: Accounts

Recebecca -- Becs -- is in charge of the club’s accounts. She started as a Winter Member and now has taken over from Brian Drew who was looking to finally retire and just enjoy playing golf again. Becs is an experienced bookkeeper and has quickly learned the club's system and procedures becoming a real asset virtually overnight. She has also joined as a 5-Day member and so hopefully she will be making time for golf too!

Martyn Gibson: Bar and Pro Shop

Like Becs and Lindsay, Martyn started at the club as a playing member. He is now a key member of the team working in the Bar and Pro Shop. He is also a very good golfer!
